Beauty Danmark is a platform that connects beauty salons and clinics with potential customers. The platform allows businesses to:

• Create and manage store profiles
• Display their services and prices
• Be found by customers in their area
• Manage their online presence

The platform is only for use by legitimate beauty businesses.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the platform, you commit to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Only upload images you have rights to
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not misuse the platform or other users' data

You are responsible for all content you upload to the platform.

4. Content Guidelines

All content on the platform must be:

• Professional and relevant to the beauty industry
• Legal and in accordance with Danish regulations
• Respectful and non-discriminatory
• Your own or content you have permission to use

We reserve the right to remove content that does not comply with these guidelines.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. This includes:

• Contacting us if you suspect unauthorized access

DataMatter ApS' liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

12. Communication

12.1 System Messages

By creating an account, you accept that we may send you important system messages regarding:

This is based on our legitimate interest in informing you of matters that affect your use of the platform, in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

12.2 Marketing

Marketing emails (offers, campaigns, newsletters) require your separate and explicit consent in accordance with the Danish Marketing Act §10 and GDPR.

You will receive a separate email after registration where you can choose whether you wish to receive:

• Unique offers from your favorite stores
• General discount campaigns and news

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link in our emails or in your account settings. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your access to the platform or its features.
